Delivery Policy

MARKAL in partnership with our couriers wants to make sure that our customers are satisfied and happy. 

Deliveries inside UAE takes 2-4 business days, while deliveries outside UAE takes 3-10 business days.

We are  devoted to delivering within the time frame mentioned above. However, there are times that you may experience short delays due to unforeseen or unexpected circumstances, customs clearance or if they are not able to contact you in time of delivery.

NOTE: We arrange daily deliveries except for Sundays and UAE Public Holidays.
